EMERGENCY RELIEF PROGRAM

The emergency relief program provides up to $300 to those who reside in the Clintonville School District.

 

Those who have utilized the program have used the funds for such things as:

  • Utilities

  • Insurance

  • Prescriptions

  • Medical bills

  • Educational expenses

  • Motel payments (only if displaced for something such as a fire)

  • Rent (if you have a signed lease with your name on it).

If the total gross annual household income for the number of people living in the house is LESS than what you see below, complete the application below and return to our office.

Once completed, please return to our office along with the additional required documents.
